  3. Who should I contact to refine my application documents (CV and covering letter)?

  4. How can I obtain my physical and/or virtual ONEcard?
    Go to the Get a ONEcard web page for all the information you need.

  5. Who do I contact for student health insurance?
    Visit the available on the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ's Student's Union page.

  6. Are international students entitled to health insurance?
    Yes.

  7. Where can I make photocopies?
    At the Bibliothèque Saint-Jean (BSJ).
    Put money (credit) on your ONEcard to have access to the photocopier.
    Go to the BSJ and ask someone there.

  8. Does La Centrale help correct master's and doctoral theses ?
    No. This is the responsibility of your thesis director. La Centrale does offer language supports for this purpose.

  9. How can La Centrale support my undergraduate research project ?
    All research projects are supervised by a faculty member. La Centrale can provide you with the language support you need.

  10. Who is in charge of the DELF B2 exam at Campus Saint-Jean ?

  • (CLB test – only for permanent residents)
  • : English classes for new arrivals and international students (a test must be taken first to see the student's level of English and then join the waiting list for English classes)
